In early September 2022, Ronda  returned from a transformative mission trip to Honduras, where she had the opportunity to serve alongside Teri Riley, a dedicated missionary who organizes and facilitates a Women’s Christian Conference aimed at empowering women through faith and fellowship. During her time in Honduras, Ronda experienced a profound sense of guidance, as she felt God consistently whispering to her, “Host this conference in the United States.  Bring women of other countries to mission here, to these women.”

 

Despite feeling this calling, Ronda took many months to reflect on it before deciding to act on His request. Determined to ensure that the event would have a meaningful impact, she gathered a team of like-minded women who shared her vision and passion for fostering a supportive, inspirational community for women. Together, they worked diligently to plan and prepare.

 

After months of dedication, the first Beyond The Well ministry event, the “Release” Conference, took place in April 2024, uniting women to deepen their faith, share empowering stories, and forge meaningful connections. The second "Women of the Well" Conference was held in April 2025, further igniting the spirit of community. With two successful conferences achieved, Beyond The Well is passionately committed to uplifting, mentoring, and connecting women through future events.
